Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapist-led exercise programme. It is a low-impact form of exercise so does not stress any joints and is suitable for all capabilities and age-groups. This type of pilates can be adapted for any individual. If you have osteoporosis, arthritis , back pain, sports injury or any other injury, pilates is the ideal form of rehabilitation or injury prevention for you.
Fionne Austin Physio offers small group classes and individual 1-2-1 appointments.

All classes take place in the Dundalk Yoga Collective.

*Keep moving is a Pilates based exercise class which focuses on bone health, strengthening, balance, and falls prevention. The exercises in this programme are performed in standing or sitting.
